Frequently asked

The microphone features aren’t working.

The Tuner, Play along, Sing along, and Chord listener need microphone access. Allow it when prompted, or turn it on in your device Settings → CometBeat → Microphone. Audio is analysed on your device only and never recorded.

There’s no sound.

Check the sound toggle in the top bar of the app, and make sure your device isn’t muted and the volume is up.

Which languages are supported?

English and German. CometBeat follows your device language.

Does CometBeat need an account or the internet?

No. It works fully offline, with no account, no ads, and no tracking. See our Privacy Policy.

Die Mikrofon-Funktionen gehen nicht.

Stimmgerät, Mitspielen, Mitsingen und Akkord-Hörer brauchen Mikrofonzugriff. Erlaube ihn bei der Abfrage oder aktiviere ihn unter Einstellungen → CometBeat → Mikrofon. Audio wird nur auf deinem Gerät analysiert und niemals aufgezeichnet.

Es kommt kein Ton.

Prüfe den Ton-Schalter oben in der App und stelle sicher, dass dein Gerät nicht stummgeschaltet und die Lautstärke aufgedreht ist.

Welche Sprachen werden unterstützt?

Deutsch und Englisch. CometBeat richtet sich nach der Sprache deines Geräts.

Braucht CometBeat ein Konto oder Internet?
