The Excel LLM Add-in ("the add-in") is free, open-source software provided under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). By installing or using it you accept these terms.
The add-in is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
The add-in connects to third-party LLM providers that you choose and configure. You are responsible for your own API keys, for complying with each provider's terms, and for any usage charges those providers bill you. The authors are not a party to your relationship with any provider and receive nothing from your use.
Responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate. Verify anything important before relying on it. The agent feature can modify your workbook; review its proposed changes before applying them.
